Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from SHIBUYA STREETWEAR. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached

Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Limited drops / final sale items
  • Items damaged due to wear, washing, or misuse

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
