Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays
  • During launches or high-demand drops, processing times may be slightly longer

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 2–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak periods.

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • These fees are not controlled by us and are not included in the item price or shipping cost

Tracking

  • All orders come with tracking where available.
    Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the courier:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier directly

If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll assist where possible.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may require an additional shipping fee
